question about clans..

i ma still learning to play aion, but in lineage2, we had the next clan system:

*every member have a clan symbol near his nick.
*every clan have his own clan chat.
*when u rise the clan lvl u can learn a clan skills.

and more things.

the question is how the clan system here is working, cous i am counting as a clan member but i dont have any clan symbol/chat and the only way to talk with the ppl / see who online is just trought forum...
